Desert Heat Property Services is a family-owned and operated business built on hard work, dependability, and taking pride in a job well done.

Kyle brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in home repairs, maintenance, installations, and property improvement. His experience includes more than 15 years working in the industry and serving as a field supervisor under a licensed general contractor, who happened to be his father. He was first on a job site at just 3 and a half years old! He grew up in the industry and has called this area home his whole life. 

But Desert Heat is about more than building a business. Kyle and his wife Mary are building something for their two young children; a future they can be proud of and, hopefully, a lesson they can carry with them throughout their lives. We want our kids to grow up seeing firsthand that hard work, determination, and taking care of people can pay off, just as Kyle's father demostrated to him. 

While Kyle is the face you'll usually see out in the field, Desert Heat is truly a family operation. Together, we handle everything from that first phone call and estimate to scheduling, completing the work, and making sure our customers are taken care of.
